The Northern Central Railroad Trail (NCR Trail) also known as The Torrey C. Brown Trail
The Northern Central Railroad Trail (NCR Trail) also known as The Torrey C. Brown Trail extends 20 miles, stretching from Ashland Road in the Hunt Valley area to the Pennsylvania line. The trail is 10 feet wide with a stone dust surface. Bicycle riders, hikers, runners and horse back riders – you’ll want to explore the NCR Trail, a fabulous recreational resource that runs through some of the County’s prettiest territory. The trail runs along the Gunpowder River and state park land, ending at the Mason-Dixon Line. It is well shaded, so it is nice even on the hottest summer days. The trail also provides access for fishing. Parking is available at eight locations.
